The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Commerce of National Chengchi University, consistently ranked among one of the top MIS departments in Taiwan, has embarked on a multi-year effort to significantly enhance the research strengths of big data. We have recently established "IOT and Big Data Research Center" to support campus-wide research community. As part of this endeavor we are conducting a worldwide recruiting for multiple full time faculty positions at Assistant or Associate rank (duties begin on August 1, 2016).
We invite applications from outstanding scholars in all areas of MIS. English native speakers are welcome. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in MIS/CSC or in a closely related field, and demonstrated knowledge in business management and strength in scholarly research. Appointment will be at Assistant or Associate Professor Level, commensurate with the qualification. Successful candidates will be expected to teach courses at the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. levels, in addition to establishing a significant and highly-visible research record.
