As a APAC Trainee within Digital Marketing, you will:
  1. Digital
  • Support company digital strategy with well planning and coordination on related functions through the operation of digital steering committee.
  • Support e-business development with cooperation with Sales for digital lead generation and e-biz B2B2C model and lead the dedicated team for developing a comprehensive e-business platform.
  • Support e-service development for advanced digital service to partners and customer to strengthen the competitive advantage in the market.
  1. Customer relationship: (survey and promotion)
  • To conduct survey projects for customer and partner need and satisfaction to identify needed products/services, emotional drivers to help sales and product development and/or service improvement.
  • Based on company’s strategy to plan and execute customer promotion for policy loan and/or e-service usage.
  1. Sales support:
  • To manage product proposal development.
  • To develop digital or physical sales tool to help sales.
  1.   Support in market trend study, industry and competitor analysis.
 
Qualifications:

As a APAC Trainee within Information Technology, you will:
  1. Develop APP/Web/System for partners or customers.
  2. Design and implement end to end process and workflow.
  3. Identify functional gaps on the platform and ensure solutions are developed & implemented as per client or business expectation.
  4. Maintain proper documentation of all changes and management reporting
  5. Implement solutions with challenge of new technology.
  6. Liaise and coordinate with internal users/partners to ensure operations and applications run smoothly.
  7. Manage outsourcing and onsite vendor.
